Job Overview:

We are looking for a React.js Solutions Engineer (Technical Support) to provide expert-level assistance to our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in React.js, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. This role requires working in a US shift to ensure seamless support for our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, debug, and resolve front-end issues reported by clients and end users, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Provide expert technical support for React.js applications, addressing issues related to UI components, performance, and functionality.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, debugging, reporting, and communication.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems to minimize downtime.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and best practices to enhance the technical knowledge base and improve resolution times.
  • Assist with code reviews, bug fixes, and minor enhancements as required.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in React.js, JavaScript, and front-end technologies to provide cutting-edge support.
  • When not handling support requests, contribute to development efforts by working collaboratively with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in React.js development and support.
  • Prior experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
  • Proficiency in debugging tools like Chrome DevTools, Postman, and logging systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.



The initial two months will be spent at our Ahmedabad office to gain in-depth product knowledge and hands-on experience. Following the knowledge transfer, the work mode will transition to a remote setup, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
